Responsibilities: As a QTS, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and covering classes in the absence of regular teachers.
- Assessing students' progress and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Leading small group activities and interventions to support student learning.
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a cohesive learning environment.
- Assisting in the planning and preparation of teaching materials.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in KS1 and/or KS2.
- Exceptional knowledge of ICT
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in diverse school settings.
