About this telecom employer

We know life isn’t normal right now, but there’s no reason why applying for a job should be any harder. We’re still recruiting, but our processes are a bit different and it’s taking a bit longer than usual. We’re doing our interviews virtually, and doing what we can to make sure anyone joining us can do so safely.

We’re thinking about our hiring plans carefully, but it might be the case a role will get put on hold. Please bear with us if this happens to you; we’d love to talk to you about a role at BT as soon as we can.

It’s a new world for all of us, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated on your application, no matter what.

We’re global, helping people in 180 countries to create, collaborate and communicate better than ever.

True digital pioneers, we shape the information age with one of the most powerful networks on the planet.

And we’re hungry for new ideas, skills and experience. That’s where you come in.

We need people who want to reach their potential. People who aim high and share our ambition of a truly connected world.

There’s lots of opportunities. Come and find out more about BT.

Corporate Units is the backbone of BT

We play an integral role in setting and delivering our strategy and partnering with our business units in their plans for growth. We shape and steer the direction of the business by managing our people, finances, suppliers, shared services and buildings. And if that’s not enough, we also oversee our legal, regulatory and compliance obligations too.  A career in the Corporate Unit is close to the strategic action and never dull.

We exist as six centralised teams – Finance & Business Services, Strategy & Transformation, Human Resources, Regulatory Affairs, Legal & Company Secretary, and Corporate Affairs. Find out more about each below.
